From baby to school-aged child
The period of life, when the child is in the evolving phase from baby to school-aged child, is most important for the physical evolvement and for the education. In this phase motor activities are developed further. A baby learns to take and to crawl. As a child it learns to walk without assistance and without hold on to something.
Furthermore the baby can move nimble. Also playing with different toys or articles is getting more specific. As well children try even more to imitate adults’ daily routine in a playful way, which means that girls play with dolls and boys with tools or cars. The advancement of a child also includes speaking. Already during the time as a baby it forms sounds. The speaking is developed further in a fast way unless the oral fluency can not be stopped. From initially babble to whole sentences.
The education is an important part for a child. It is relevant to set limits, because there might be the risk to indulge the child. It could be not easily for the child in later life to assess the social role correctly. It is necessary to get the child into the habit of fixed times for example for meals or sleep.
When the child is two years, it can visit the playschool. In the playschool the child can do handicrafts, sing and eats together with other children. Social contacts can be kept up, which is most important for a child. The child learns being together with others, learns to scatter and to build friendships.
